The Triad

Restaurants and Nightlife Around the Triad

Sun, Sep 6, 2026

Across the Triad this week, the evening calendar leans on live music, cocktails, and neighborhood bar programming — from rooftop sets in High Point to weekly karaoke and trivia nights in Greensboro.

Greensboro: cocktail jazz and no-cover live music

The O.Henry Hotel keeps its long-running jazz-and-cocktails series going. Cle Thompson & The O.Henry Trio play Thursday, Sep 10 from 6 PM to 9 PM, and Nishah DiMeo & The O.Henry Trio take the same set Thursday, Sep 17. Both evenings pair vintage craft cocktails with live jazz in the hotel.

Lucky 32 hosts live music in its grill room and bar four days a week, always with no cover. Tracy Thornton plays Tuesday, Sep 8 from 6 PM to 9 PM, and LaShon Hill plays Sunday, Sep 13 from 4 PM to 7 PM.

High Point: rooftop music, karaoke, and trivia

Revival runs a rooftop live music series on Thursdays from 8 PM to 11 PM at 146 Church Ave. Two more casual nights land Wednesday, Sep 9 at 312 N Elm St: karaoke and trivia.

Downtown Greensboro: weekly bar programming

Three recurring nights anchor the downtown bar scene. Karaoke runs at The Bearded Goat from 8 PM to 2 AM. Yokai hosts Sake Appreciation Night from 5 PM to 9 PM. Lewis + Elm pours a Russian River Valley wine tasting from 6 PM to 8 PM.

All listings come from the September 6 harvest of the Winston-Salem Journal, Visit High Point, and Downtown Greensboro Partnership calendars.
