The Triad
Thursday shopping: farmers markets and craft markets across the Triad
Farmers markets and craft markets run through the week across the Triad.
The Clemmons Farmers Market and the Sunday Trade Street Farmer's Market Series in Winston-Salem are weekly staples. Pleasant Garden's Farmers Market runs its regular season and adds a weekly Senior Craft. The Greensboro Farmers Market and the downtown Craft Club keep the handmade-goods thread going.
This week's specials: the sensory-friendly Let's Craft! Battledores in the Little Red Schoolhouse on Saturday, Sep 12, and the High Point Historical Society's 25 Years of the High Point Market Authority on Wednesday, Sep 16. First Friday at the Marshall Muse Gallery opens the month downtown. Walk for a Reason and ArtQuest at the NC Folk Festival both run Saturday, Sep 19.
