New Autumn & Early-Winter Events Across the Triad

New seasonal programming across the Triad appears in the latest event listings, spanning September through November 2026.

In Greensboro, FOODEESFEST runs Oct 2-4 at Four Seasons Town Centre with over 40 food trucks and vendors, unique crafts, and family fun. The NC Dance Festival partners with GreenHill Center for North Carolina Art for a gallery performance on Oct 2 featuring the premiere of Boreal. Madison Ryann Ward performs Sept 16. Geeksboro Market, a community gathering for fans, artists, crafters, collectors, and vendors, takes place Sept 17. TimberJam: North Carolina brings a night of live music headlined by Northwest Stories, with guests Harrison Boe and Wilfred, on Sept 25.

High Point anchors the autumn calendar. The Oktoberfest Brat Trot 5K starts the season Oct 3 at Dive Bar High Point (312 N Elm St). Noche de Baile celebrates Hispanic Heritage Month Oct 9 at Truist Point Plaza with food, music, and dance. Mourning in the Park (Oct 10) and Historical Gaming - Revolutionary Battles (Oct 24) run at the Historical Park (1859 E Lexington Ave). Samuel Adams "Raise the Stein" hoisting competition is Sept 24 at Rixster Grill. The Grown Up Book Fair, a books-and-better-snacks event, is Sept 24 at Cohab Space. Stoktoberfest, a free family-friendly Oktoberfest in downtown High Point at Stock and Grain Assembly, is Sept 26. The Bubbles & Bell Bottoms Fashion Show runs Sept 27 at Nomad Wine Works. The Kick Crew & Family event at Deep River Recreation Center is Sept 19. The First Annual Community Bingo Night hosted by the Junior League of High Point is Sept 24. The 2026 High Point Holiday Festival Parade steps off on South Main Street on Nov 22.
